Full- and Part-Time Clubhouse (Front-Desk/Kitchen/Cleaning) Staff

Looking for a fun summer job and way to maintain an awesome tan without tanlines? Are you a jack (or jill!) of all trades and enjoy variety in your work day?  Come join us at Empire Haven, New York's premier clothing-free resort and campgrounds. We have openings for full-time and part-time staff members, including a general manager trainee position, for the 2024 camping season - which runs from May 15th to September 15th. Hours may vary at the beginning and end of the season (weather-dependent).  These positions are based mainly in the Clubhouse. Requires working weekends and holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day). If you have a customer-service oriented attitude, enjoy doing a variety of tasks, are reliable, and want to spend your summer in a fun atmosphere, this might be the job for you.

 

Skills necessary to succeed in this role include:  Minimally must have basic computer skills (incl Microsoft Excel and Word), cashier experience, and a pleasant attitude. 

 

Responsibilities include: 

• Front desk check-in

• Answering the phone

• Taking reservations

• Handling our Snack Bar

• Cleaning in Clubhouse

• May also include housekeeping in our rental units

 

Salary: DOE
