2024 DAILY GROUNDS FEES*

While we love the warm, sunny days, sometimes they don't stay that way. As we cannot control Mother Nature, no refunds are given for inclement weather. Day guests may stay until dusk.

*In order to receive the member rate, both people in a Couple must have the membership or be under 30.

Children under the age of 18 are free. Only children accompanied by parent or legal guardian are permitted.

*Starting 2020, our annual membership is only for Empire Haven. If you would like an AANR membership as well, you will need to add $46/person.

Clubhouse Services

WiFi access is now available for free, but still limited to use for checking emails, doing banking, etc. (not streaming videos or music). Temporary gate cards are available for a $30 cash deposit. Bagged ice and propane exchange are also available at the Front Desk during registration hours in the Clubhouse. Golf carts may also be available for rental.

ACCOMMODATIONS

CANCELLATION POLICY:

50% deposit is required for all reservations.
All refunds given back in the method they were paid.

Cancellation During Holiday/Special Event Weekends

Includes Memorial Day (5/24-5/27), 4th of July (7/4-7/7), Beer, Wine & More (8/16-8/18), and Labor Day (8/30-9/2). Please refer to https://sentientfest.com for the cancellation policy for Sentient.

-Canceled with 2 weeks notice or more of arrival time will receive a refund less $25 cancellation fee OR full credit less a $10 rebooking fee to be used during current season.
-Canceled less than 2 weeks' notice of arrival time will receive NO REFUND OR CREDIT.

Cancellation For All Other Times

-Canceled more than 2 weeks prior to arrival time will receive a refund less $10 cancellation fee OR full credit to be used during current season.
-Canceled within 4 days to 2 weeks of arrival time will receive a refund less $25 cancellation fee OR full credit less a $10 rebooking fee to be used during current season.
-Canceled 3 days or less of arrival time will receive NO REFUND OR CREDIT.

CAMPING SITES

Check-Out Time is 11am. If you plan to stay through the afternoon on your departure day, you will also be charged for grounds fees for that day. Rates are for up to 2 adults and up to 3 children. In order to receive the member rate, both people in a Couple must have the membership. Generally, tent sites and 30 Amp RV sites do not need to be reserved in advance, unless a particular site is desired. As there are only two 50 amp RV sites, it is encouraged that you make a reservation to ensure availability.

RENTAL UNITS

There is NO smoking in any of our rentals. Check-Out Time is 11am. If you plan to stay through the afternoon on your departure day, you will also be charged for grounds fees for that day. Rates are for up to 2 adults and up to 3 children. In order to receive the member rate, both people in a Couple must have the membership. *Pricing approximate due to sales tax. None of the rentals have air conditioning, but all contain portable fans and heating units. Free WiFi and television available in Clubhouse. Linens provided in all rental units. Basic cooking tools provided in RV/1-BDRM Mobile Home rental units.

Cabins

Sleeping accommodations only (Bathrooms available in nearby Clubhouse, open 24/7).

There is NO smoking in any of our rentals.

Site 16

This cabin is in a quieter area of the campgrounds and offers great views of the pickleball court, horseshoe pits, volleyball court, and petanque courts. Includes a full-size bed.

These adjoining cabins are centrally located and provide easy access to the Clubhouse, pool area, and Pavilion. 69A includes a queen-size bed. 69B includes a twin-size bed and a full-size bed.

There is NO smoking in any of our rentals.

Rate is for 2 adults and up to 3 children. (Sites 9*, 12A*, 12B*, 63, 70*)

*RVs that have holding tanks only - so water usage should be limited.

Site 12B is the only pet-friendly unit. An additional pet fee of $10/night applies.

Site 9

This RV camper includes a queen-size bed, kitchen area with a stove, fridge, and microwave, bathroom with toilet and shower, and a front porch. As it is an RV with a holding tank, water use should be limited.

Site 12A

This RV camper includes a full-size bed, kitchen area with a stove, fridge, and coffee maker, bathroom with toilet and shower, and a front porch. As it is an RV with a holding tank, water use should be limited.

Site 12B

This RV includes a full-size bed, kitchen area with a stove and full-size fridge, and bathroom with toilet and shower. It is currently our only pet-friendly unit, with an additional $10/day pet fee charged when pets are brought. As it is an RV with a holding tank, water use should be limited.

Site 63

This RV camper includes a full-size bed, kitchen area with a stove, full-size fridge, and toaster oven, bathroom with toilet and shower, and a screened-in front porch. As it is an RV with a holding tank, water use should be limited.

Site 70

This RV camper includes a full-size bed, kitchen area with a stove, fridge, and microwave, bathroom with toilet and shower, and a front porch. As it is an RV with a holding tank, water use should be limited.
