During COVID-19 Pandemic (Updated May 16, 2021)

It's finally the time we've all been waiting months for - Empire Haven is now open again for the season!!!

 

With that in mind, here are a few updates:

 

Although the CDC has released new guidelines for COVID, Cayuga County Health Department has not yet, so we will still be requiring everyone coming into the Clubhouse to wear a mask for the time-being. 

The pool and large conversation hot tub won't be open until Memorial Day weekend, as usual.

Due to the enclosed nature of the sauna, anyone wishing to use it must sign-up at the Front Desk in the Clubhouse and provide proof of full COVID vaccination.

Unfortunately, the reservation system that we were working on for this season fell through last minute, so we will be taking reservations in-person or over the phone (315-497-0135) until we find a new solution. 
 

We will not be opening the Snack Bar grill this season due to COVID-19 concerns.  We will still be offering pre-packaged snacks and drinks though. We'll also be taking this time to renovate our kitchen area to offer a better experience in 2022.  You may bring in your own food and beverages - just no glass containers or bottles please.

We are currently operating under shortened registration hours.  Front Desk registration will be open from 9am-3pm Sunday thru Saturday.

Transient campers MUST make reservations in advance of coming to the campgrounds.  You will at that time be given instructions on what you will need to do upon arrival.  For those wishing to do no-hook-up (no water/electric) tenting, you do not need to make a reservation in advance as long as you are able to make it before registration closes at 3pm.  Otherwise, please call to make arrangements.  There is a 2-night minimum for all Rental Cabins and RVs.
